- Purchasing from Pass The Dutch will NOT involve any VAT, Custom duties or hidden costs as long as you are located in South Africa.
Delivery to outlying areas, farm & plots, mines, resorts & lodges, townships, hospitals, hospices and government buildings will be subject to additional charges. These are additional courier’s charges that we will calculate on a case-by-case basis and communicated to the client before the order is shipped.
Tracking numbers are sent to you by email and you can check the progress of your delivery online.
We usually dispatch orders within 24 hours: all orders placed and paid for before 1pm (Mon-Fri) will be dispatched the same day if stock is available.
Although every effort is made to insure that the product’s packaging is received in perfect conditions, Pass The Dutch is not responsible for any cosmetic damage occurred to the boxes during shipping. The box’s purpose is to protect the device from accidental damages.
All orders are shipped in a discreet package with no mention of content.
At PassTheDutch.co.za we stand behind each and every delivery and if anything goes wrong, simply email us contact us and we will trace or replace your item if damaged.
If you reside outside the Republic of South Africa, we will ship your order using the South African Postal Service. All parcels up to 1kg are sent via International Registered Airmail. For larger parcels we are still gearing up. Please allow 10-20 working days for your parcel to arrive. Once the order has been shipped, we will update your order status with the tracking number for your parcel.
We do not offer courier service from South Africa to your country of residence because the rates are extremely high.
